 For Counterparties - legal entities:

  1. Certificate of State Registration of a Legal Entity;
  2. Certificate of Registration with Tax Authorities;
  3. Charter as at present in force;
  4. Order on the appointment of the executive body (director, general director);
  5. Decision (minutes) on the appointment of the executive body (director, general director);
  6. Lease agreement for a legal address (or an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate Property Rights);
  7. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for the current date;
  8. Lease agreement for warehouse and (or) industrial premises;
  9. Information about the presence / absence of the website;
  10. Balance sheet;
  11. Tax Statement;
  12. Bank account statement;
  13. Certificate of application of the taxation system;
  14. Licenses (when carrying out licensed activities);
  15. Certificate of no debt to the budget;
  16. Copy of passport details of the executive body (director, general director);
  17. Documents confirming the ownership of vehicles;
  18. Vehicle lease agreement or other documents confirming the availability of material resources for the implementation of the declared activity;
  19. Information on the average staff number;
  20. Documents confirming the right of the authorized person to sign documents (powers of attorney); copies of the passport data of these persons.
